TITLE INSURANCE TABLE


Title insurance rates are set by the State of Florida Insurance Commission. This rate is called the “Promulgated Rate.” Title Agents must charge at least the minimum Promulgated Rate when issuing Title Policies. Most agents charge only the minimum rate plus their fees. The rates listed below are rates for the policy premium only. They do not include settlement fees, search fees or title endorsements (title endorsements run 10% of the Promulgated Rate for the Florida Form 9, plus 25.00 dollars for each endorsement required by your lender.)

Title insurance rates in the State of Florida are $5.75 for each

$1,000 of coverage from 0 to $100,000, $5.00 for each

$1,000 of coverage from $100,000 to $1,000,000,

$2.50/$1,000 from $1M to $5M,                             

$2.25/$1,000 from $5M to $10M, and                  

$2.00/$1,000 over $10M.
